We are unable to refund e-juice once it has been purchased due to health and hygiene reasons. Coils and wicks are sold on a DOA basis and are non-refundable. Batteries can only be exchanged should they prove to be faulty within 28 days from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer that you’d like to cancel your order to return the goods to them.

Hardware can be refunded within 28 days of purchase if it is proven to be a manufacturer fault. If the product has liquid damage or damage due to user error, it will not be eligible for a refund.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item that you purchased because it is faulty then have your order number at hand, you will have received this in an email when you made the purchase or if you have an account with us you can view your orders.
